Marsha is the Blue Moun lain Community College Coor dinator for the Heppner area and works for the Juvenile Services Commission Marsha would like to implement a variety of programs such as musical events, speakers and craft smen thnmgh the museum She would like to encourage 1 there to use the facility for community events. July 24 is a kick-off of "Music on Mainstrcet".
