Kelson, a suit to replevin a wagon which Mr. Weiss claims waa Included In the purchase of a piece of land from Mr. Nelson. Tbe claim of the defendant was that be had merely loaned the plaintiff an old wagon then standing on auother piece of property. Home time ago, at the first trial of the case, a Jury corn-1 prised of Kd, Neeley, A. L. Duel), I (1. W. Kruao and 8. F. Cawlfleld, ' hopelessly disagreed, standing 2 to 1 2. On Monday the case was re-tried before a Jury consisting of J. W. Wright, Mobt. Kldd, Grant Taylor. Jus. Dolan, H. J. Jones and I. K. Klce, and the result was a disagreement. After one and a half hours' delib eration, the Jury stood 3 to 3, with no chance of arriving at a verdict, and Justice Long dismissed them. Whether the case will be tried again is problematical.
