Malheur District No. 11 will host the convention. All Garden Club members of the area are urged to attend any or all of these three days of entertaining and infor mative garden oriented pro ■ Jg grams. She has presented lectures, de monstrations and workshops, throughout Idaho and adjacent states. She is a charter mem ber and first president of the Hill and Valley Garden Club, Kendrick, Idaho; immediate past district director of the Clearwater District and is now first vice-president of the Idaho State Federation of Garden Clubs. As a farm wife on a dry land wheat ranch in north cen tral Idaho, she became interes ted in all facets of horticul ture, especially the culture of daffodils and chrysanthemums. She is presently at tending BYU where she is ma joring in Special Education Learning Disabilities. Her plans are to graduate from BYU by August of 1973. Nelson is a graduate of Nyssa High School, has fulfilled a mission in California for the LDS Church, and has attended Treasure Valley Community College in Ontario. He gra duated May 26, 1972 in Ele mentary Education at BYU. He will be teaching in Jordon School district in the fall. The couple plan to make their home in Orem, Utah following their marriage.
