Ihe operator, the Idaho Canning company, will undoubtedly sustain a loss on its 1947 operations at Nyssa, but it is laying the founda tion o f a successful and profitable business in a community that has been proven as an out standing agr.cultural area. The processing of sweet corn will fit nicely into the agricultural picture in this county. I ‘ is a type of row crop, which the farmers of thi. area are accustomed to growing, but the con crop will, of course, require special experience The ensilage is fine for livestock, which, in turn is desirable for fertilization of the land which raise the various kinds of row crops in this section.
