Dear Sir:— If you knew how disgusting to us are the quarrels of newspapers over a little patronage, you wouldn't indulge in them. Other people dont air their private affairs in the newspapers. Why should you do so? I take both papers and kuow that you have not provoked any of those quarrels, but can't yon bear a little for the sake of your readers ami for the sake of decent journal ¡am ? I believe I represent many of your read ers who hope that we may not have an other dose, such as we have had, for years.
