tlers have to contend with. This
duty properly belongs to the Board
of Trade, if that organization is
still in existence, though for some
time past it seems to have devolved
upon the editor of the H eadlight .
While it is a pleasure to us to fur­

and to make the information reli­
able, yet it would be much better
