First Methodist church. The' Rev. George Roseberry officiated,' Arrangements of white stock and blue Dutch iris dec orated the church for the eve ning ceremony. About 85 guests .were present. Mr. Farster escorted' his daughter to the altar; ; She wore a floor-length gown ' of cnantllly lace trimmed' with seed pearls and sequins, and carried stephanotls on a Bible. The young couple traveled to Mexico on their honey moon, the bride wearing for traveling a purple wool suit with black accessories. The bride attended Medford High school and has been employed as a bookkeeper at Robinson Brothers Men's Furnishings. The bridegroom also attended Medford schools and is em ployed at Robinson's Broth ers. They will be at home at 1512 East Main street after April 10. . Mrs. Le ona C. Sheehan, county home economics agent, gave the lesson to project leaders last -week. This lesson gives informa tion on the nutritional value of foods and the planning of low calorie meals. Proper weight control is covered and the calorie count of many of the common foods in every-day menus will be pointed out. People sometimes have the Idea that many reducing diets are not very appetite appeal ing, but '.his is not necessarily so, according to the leaders. With some thought and menu planning, attractive, -tasty meals can be served during weight reduction. "One of the greatest prob lems with people in weight control is maintaining the proper weight once it has been reached.
