Oregon attended the opening session of the Pacific Northwest Regional Planning Conference here today, de termined to evolve a definite pro gram to put more men to work on PWA projects In the region. Mr. Jenkins also outlined the monetary history of the past twelve months and expressed his opinion against inflation or further tamper ing with money. "There seems to be a tendency for the government to revert to Its former monetary pol icy," he said.
