In this case don't forget to place waxed paper around the loe cream to prevent any salt taste from the Ice packing reaching your dessert. Here are the suggestions; 1 For the cooker: Sear meat sec tions in cooker, then add a little cream or cold water about one half cup. Place steaming rack over this and on It set a dish of escal loped po tatoes with a thick layer of season ed, canned corn on top of the pota toes. Cover and place top of cooker In position.
