Patrolman Hem street and Mc.Mahon arrested u former Medford man who has resided in Portland for over two years past, in a room with two women from Frisco. It is claimed the trio were intoxicat ed, anil that other charges may be preferred against theni, but at the hour of going to press this afternoon no formal complaint hud been filed In Police .ludge Taylor's court, al though such complaints wore expected any moment, togethe.' with the bring ing in of the accused for trial. Another man arretted at another place by the two above mentioned of ficers for intoxication, had not been brought in for trial. Tom Ciannon. about HO years old, who is in poor health and has been at the county infirmary for some time past, was found on ibe street intoxicated by Patrolman Adams last night and was fined $25 and costs li -day.
