The winner was selected by a two-person committee from the Heppner community. There was no rental agreem ent or lease to be there. The subjects were not paying rent or com pensation for living at the location. M CSO arrested Donald James Lynch, 25, on a Grays Harver County Sheriff’s Office warrant for Failure to Appear/Theft II. -MCSO and BPD received a request for cover from Umatilla Police De partment regarding multiple gang members in an apart ment causing problems -BPD arrested Lorena Sanchez Perez, 24, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant, for Menac ing and Harassment. -Boardman Ambu lance received a report o f an equipment fire in a chip pile. The caller stated that the patient was in the shower when the vein popped and blood began pumping out. The patient was transported. N ovember 13: -M CSO received a theft complaint involving a cool er stolen out of the back of a truck. -M CSO received the report o f a stolen ve hicle. The caller stated that another vehicle had been broken into and a GPS sto len as well. -MCSO received a report of possible intoxicat ed driver.
