He submitted the chosen float theme, “Christm as in the Blue Mountains”, to nab 1st place out o f 15 entries in the Com m unity Bank Parade Float Design Contest. The winner was selected by a two-person committee from the Heppner community. The co n te st w as open to anyone and entries were subm itted by com munity members ranging from six years old to adults. Community bank appreci ates all the contestants for their great ideas. The bank plans on conducting the contest again next year. The subject swerved to m iss a deer and hit a bridge. EMS was paged out but no patients were transported. -BPD received theft complaint involving a stolen ID. -Irrigon A m b u lance receiv ed an EM S call regarding a 65 year old male having trouble getting oxygen. The patient was transported. No ve mb er 12: -MCSO was notified that Andrew M. Hosman, 29, was arrested by Tigard Po lice Department on a Hep pner Justice Court warrant for Hunting on the Enclosed Lands o f Another. -M C SO received a report o f subjects that m oved into a location in June and decided not to leave. There was no rental agreem ent or lease to be there. The subjects were not paying rent or com pensation for living at the location. M CSO arrested Donald James Lynch, 25, on a Grays Harver County Sheriff’s Office warrant for Failure to Appear/Theft II. -MCSO and BPD received a request for cover from Umatilla Police De partment regarding multiple gang members in an apart ment causing problems -BPD arrested Lorena Sanchez Perez, 24, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant, for Menac ing and Harassment. -Boardman Ambu lance received a report o f an equipment fire in a chip pile. Boardman Fire, Boardman A m bulance, and Irrigon Ambulance responded. -Irrigon A m b u lance received a 911 call regarding a 55 year old who had a vein that was squirting blood. The caller stated that the patient was in the shower when the vein popped and blood began pumping out. The patient was transported. N ovember 13: -M CSO received a theft complaint involving a cool er stolen out of the back of a truck. -M CSO received the report o f a stolen ve hicle. The caller stated that another vehicle had been broken into and a GPS sto len as well. -MCSO received a report of possible intoxicat ed driver.
