She reported scratches on her chest and face. She also reported that he took o ff with their three-year-old son. MCSO arrested Ryan Curtis Angel, 31, for Ha rassment. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $3,000 bail. -MCSO received re port o f credit card, Social Security and checking ac count fraud in Heppner. -MCSO received re port o f someone breaking the bleachers and chiseling out the tiles at the Irrigon skate park. -Boardm an Police Dept, cited Puresa Guerrero Alvarez, 48, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 59 mph in a 35 mph zone. -BPD received re port from a Boardman wom an that her son had been call ing her and making threats toward her and her family. -BPD made contact with individuals concerning gang activity in apartments in Boardman. -Irrigon Ambulance received request for an am bulance for a 63-year-old woman who had been sick for around two months and could not get into her hus band’s car. F e b . 10: M orrow County Sheriff’s Office re ceived report o f a subject in Irrigon receiving threaten ing phone calls. -MCSO received re port from a Heppner woman who said she was house sitting and people were at the house who weren't sup posed to be there. -MCSO received a request from the Department o f Human Services for a deputy to accompany them to Irrigon High School. -M C SO re c e iv e d request for a deputy from an Irrigon woman who said her sister had pulled a knife on her. One subject was ar rested for Domestic Harass ment and lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $3,000 bail; a second subject was cited for Menacing and Domestic Harassment-juvenile. -M C S O re c e iv e d report o f a missing 13 -14- year-old diabetic border collie that had not had its shot. -BPD arrested D i ane Sue Oshane, 42, on a U m atilla C ounty C ircuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Theft I. She was also arrested for Possession o f M ethamphetamine and cited for Driving While Sus pended-violation. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $7,500 bail. Her vehicle was impounded. -BPD received re port of a missing Boardman juvenile. t
