One went to a vehicle and retrieved an object. Wheatland Pomona will meet Oct. 22 Wheatland Pomona will meet Saturday, Oct. 22, at Lexington Grange with Pomona M aster Clarence Buchanan in charge. The meeting will start at 10:30 a.m. Election of officers is due. A cakew alk w ill be conducted in the afternoon. The Lexington Grange ladies will provide the meal. Senior center fire drill planned The annual St. Patrick's Senior Center fire d rill w ill take p lace on Monday, October 17. All tenants will need to meet downstairs at the se n io r c e n te r at 7 p.m . Everyone will meet with the Assistant Fire Chief, Steve Rhea for a fire meeting to receive fire drill instructions. The fire drill will take place after the meeting. Columbia River Harvesters to meet C o lu m b ia R iver H arv esters w ill m eet Thursday, October 13, at 7 p.m . at the G re en field Grange Hall, Boardman. The Fund Raising Com m ittee headed by Pam Phelps, will give those in attendance a rep o rt on the H arvest F e stiv a l. The gro u p is working to raise funds for a building of their own.
