OSP confirmed the vehicle was disabled; other units stood down. -M C S O , O reg o n State Police received a report fro m a c a lle r on 1-84 eastbound o f a pickup pulling an aluminum boat and trailer that was driving erratically and too close. The caller called back and advised the pickup blew a tire and went o ff the ro a d ; th e b o a t w as n o t com pletely o ff the road and could be a possible hazard. There were no injuries. -M CSO received a report from a caller on 1-84 o f a disabled vehicle on 1-84 eastbound. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that a subject came over to his residence saying a male subject brandished a gun at her and a couple o f other people. A consent search was conducted and no weapon was located. -M CSO received a report from the Hermiston Police Dept, that Lacey Sherri Jacobs, 19, was arrested on a MCSO warrant for Failure to A p p e a r/P o s s e s s io n o f a Controlled Substance. She was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C S O d e p u tie s arrested Albert James Gandy, 38, on P o s s e s s io n o f a C o n tro lle d S u b sta n c e II Felony. He was cited and released. -M CSO deputy was flag g ed dow n by a m ale subject who reported that his broken refrigerator that didn’t have doors was stolen before Wednesday or Thursday. -MCSO, Boardman P o lic e D ep t, re c e iv e d a request for an officer contact from a caller at The Movies in Boardman regarding a male juvenile who was harassing his son; the juvenile left, but the caller was concerned he may come back with friends. -M CSO received a request for information from a caller in Irrigon who has a no contact order with a female subject; she came over to his house advising she would be back la ter and the caller wanted to know what to do so he w ouldn’t get arrested. -B o ard m an P olice D ep t, o ffic e r c ite d K arl F re d ric k R eu ter, 44, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 52 mph in a 30 mph zone. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that her daughter loaned a subject an $80 pair o f shoes and now the subject wouldn’t return them. -M CSO, Boardman P o lic e D ep t, re c e iv e d a request for an officer contact from a caller in Boardman regarding a trespasser. -M C S O , U C S O , Oregon State Police received a rep o rt from a ca lle r in H eppner th a t her g ra n d d a u g h te r le ft h er residence with a male subject in a vehicle headed back to Tri-Cities, WA. There was a bottle o f alcohol in the vehicle an d th e ju v e n ile w as intoxicated. The vehicle was stopped on Highway 207 and the juvenile was not in the vehicle. The m ale subject advised he dropped her off in Heppner. He was advised to go back to Heppner, meet with a deputy and show him where the juvenile was. A deputy located the juvenile at a location in Heppner and she w as taken to the sh eriff’s office. P er the ju v e n ile ’s mother, the juvenile could be r e le a s e d in to the grandm other’s care. Benton County was advised to retract the missing juvenile report. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f loud music coming from a vehicle behind the caller’s residence. -M CSO received a 911 call from caller in Irrigon who started to hang up. It was d e te rm in e d su b je c ts had confronted the caller but were leaving. The caller didn’t want a deputy contact unless they came back and he would call if they did. A deputy drove by the location and all appeared okay. -M CSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report o f a verbal dispute at Sam Boardman Elementary School between four females. They were advised to separate and leave. I -MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report o f a vehicle driving erratically in Irrigon. The caller followed the vehicle until a deputy could respond. M iguel F uentes Carrillo, 28, was arrested on an Irrig o n Ju stic e C o u rt warrant for Failure to Pay F in e /A n g lin g w ith o u t a License, arrested on an UCSO warrant for Failure to Appear/ H arassm ent, G iving False Information to a Police Officer, and arrested on Probable Cause charges o f Resisting A rre s t/G iv in g F a lse Information to a Police Officer. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. June 16: M C S O received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a couple fighting at a location in Irrigon. The male left the scene before law enforcement arrived. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon th a t his tire w as slashed sometime last night. -M CSO received a request for a records check on a female subject from US Investigations. The subject was not in the locals. -MCSO deputy cited Ju d y P eck , 23 , fo r Unauthorized Use o f a Motor Vehicle. -M C S O , O reg o n State Police received a report o f a disabled vehicle on 1-84 eastbound. -M C S O d e p u ty arrested Robert Gene Morley on M o rro w C o u n ty and Umatilla County warrants for Probation Violation. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M CSO received a report from CSEPP that two employees were treated for rash sym ptom s. Chem ical agents were not involved. -B oardm an P olice Dept, officer cited a male s u b je c t fo r T h e ft III Shoplifting. -M CSO, Boardman P o lic e D ep t, re c e iv e d a request for an officer contact regarding damage discovered to the caller’s door and lock. -M CSO received a request for a records check from Federal Investigations P ro c e ssin g on tw o m ale subjects. There were no locals. -M CSO received a request for assistance from Hermiston Police Dept, to locate a male subject on a Probable Cause - Assault IV Domestic. •MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that her parents were arguing. It was a verbal dispute. It was determined all was okay. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Heppner that a male subject was in another subject’s residence in Heppner and that he was not suppose to be there when she wasn’t home. -M CSO received a 911 hang-up call from the Irrigon M arina. W hen the number was called back, it was advised it was out o f order. -M CSO received a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Heppner. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report o f a vehicle going about 85- 90 mph on 1-84 westbound. -M C S O , O reg o n State Police, Boardman Police Dept, received a report o f two Hispanic, males fighting on Tower Road near the storage sheds. Units were unable to locate the subjects. -M CSO, Boardman P o lic e D ep t, re c e iv e d a request for an ambulance in Boardman for a 76-year-old fem ale w ith ch est pains, n a u se a and low b lo o d pressure. The patient was tra n s p o rte d to G ood Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -M CSO received a report o f six bulls out on Highway 207. The owner was contacted. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f two subjects at a location in Irrig o n w ho w ere no supposed to be there. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f about 15 junior high kids behind Columbia Junior High School who were arguing and who might possibly fight. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon th at his w allet and som e Vicadan had been stolen out o f his pickup. June 18: MCSO deputy advised a vehicle was attempting to elude him on Columbia. Depu ties were unable to locate the ve hicle. -MCSO deputy cited a male subject for Violation of the Basic Rule, 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO received a report from Oregon State Po lice that a male subject was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving while License Suspended. He was lodged at the Union County Jail. -M CSO received a report o f a theft o f medication from the caller’s vehicle. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report o f a suspicious vehicle occu pied by a male subject that had been parked on Riverview for an hour and a half. -M C S O re c e iv e d hang-up 911 calls from kids playing with the payphone at the Irrigon Marina. A deputy told their mother what they were doing and she took care o f the problem. -MCSO, MC Public Works received a report o f 1.5-2 ft. o f standing water on the north end o f Olsen Road. -M CSO received a request for a welfare check from a caller in Irrigon on a subject who was depressed and talking about suicide. -M CSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report o f a burglary alarm at River side High School. It was de termined all was okay. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Heppner o f two teenage males “mess ing around and throwing pi- necones”. -MCSO, Irrigon Pub lic Works received a report o f a tree that had fallen and was blocking NW 2nd Street in Irrigon. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Heppner o f a large water leak near the old swimming pool. June 19: M CSO re ceived a report from a caller in Irrigon that someone threw a rock through his car window. -M CSO Boardm an Police Dept, received a report o f a large bull loose on Wilson Road. The owner was locat ed. -M CSO received a report o f a disabled vehicle on Highway 207. The owner was given a ride to Heppner. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report o f a vehicle fire on 1-84. The vehicle was engulfed and a brush fire started. The brush fire was being suppressed by Three Mile Farms crews. -M CSO received a report from a caller that two stray horses were put into the caller’s corral if anyone reports them missing. -M CSO received a hang-up 911 call from a loca tion in Boardman. The call was unfounded. -M CSO received a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Heppner re garding equipment stacked outside her shop on Main Street.
