ports handling the following

received a report from a caller
on 1-84 o f a vehicle in the
m edian that w as possibly
disabled, but had a shattered
w indshield and som ething
hanging out the driver’s side.
OSP confirmed the vehicle
was disabled; other units stood
down.

State Police received a report
fro m a c a lle r on 1-84
eastbound o f a pickup pulling
an aluminum boat and trailer
that was driving erratically and
too close. The caller called
back and advised the pickup
blew a tire and went o ff the
ro a d ; th e b o a t w as n o t
com pletely o ff the road and
could be a possible hazard.
There were no injuries.

report from a caller on 1-84 o f
a disabled vehicle on 1-84
eastbound.
-M CSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon
that a subject came over to his
residence saying a male subject
brandished a gun at her and a
couple o f other people. A
consent search was conducted
and no weapon was located.

report from the Hermiston
Police Dept, that Lacey Sherri
Jacobs, 19, was arrested on a
MCSO warrant for Failure to

subject; she came over to his
house advising she would be
back la ter and the caller
wanted to know what to do
so he w ouldn’t get arrested.

in a vehicle headed back to
Tri-Cities, WA. There was a
bottle o f alcohol in the vehicle

intoxicated. The vehicle was
stopped on Highway 207 and
the juvenile was not in the
vehicle. The m ale subject
advised he dropped her off in
Heppner. He was advised to
go back to Heppner, meet
with a deputy and show him
where the juvenile was. A
deputy located the juvenile at
a location in Heppner and she
w as taken to the sh eriff’s
office. P er the ju v e n ile ’s
mother, the juvenile could be

came back and he would call
if they did. A deputy drove by
the location and all appeared

between four females. They
were advised to separate and

advised a vehicle was attempting
to elude him on Columbia. Depu­
ties were unable to locate the ve­
hicle.

male subject for Violation of the
Basic Rule, 75 mph in a 55
mph zone.

report from Oregon State Po­
lice that a male subject was
arrested on an Irrigon Justice
Court warrant for Failure to
Appear/Driving while License
Suspended. He was lodged at
the Union County Jail.
