Mas 24. |9*»0 Memorial built in Irrigon for family By Michele Ball Libby Bo vent has found a special way to express her love for her beloved husband and daughter Libby, resident of Irrigon- Umatilla, and owner of Radio Shack in Hcrmiston. and George Gnsby, owner of Imgon Stone in Irrigon have designed a memorial thaï is under construction at the City Park in Irrigon. The memorial will he quite an an display and tounst attraction when completed Three deer. Sacajawca. interpreter and guide for the Lewis and Clark Expedition will be mounted on a cement slab A foun tain with colorful lights and a lagoon will accent the deer family and Saca- jawea Benches with the names Reynold Webber. Libby's husband, and Sharon W ebber.
