Morrow County Sheriff*s office cited and released Richard Dale (aka Rodrigue / 1 Montigue. 22. of Board man for Driving While Suspended Infraction and Attempting to Elude June 21: Momiw County Sheriff*s office began the investigation into a report of Burglary I in the rural Heppner area; Morrow County deputy in vestigated a report of some partial rolls of field fence were missing from her property They were taken sometime Sunday evening; Morrow County deputy in vestigated a report of an accident at mile post 43 on Highway 74 One male was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital; Morrow County Sheriff s office responded to a report of a possible theft in progress at the Port of Mor row No action was taken; Morrow County Sheriff s office responded to a report of a possible theft in the Boardman area In vestigation is continuing June 22: Morrow County Sheriff*s office investigated a report of an alarm going off, city of Heppner. unfounded, Morrow County arrested Rusty Jake Rodriguez, 24, on an Irngon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear Criminal Trespass II He was transported to Benton County Jail where he later posted bail and was released. Morrow County arrested Cindi Mcacham White. 29. of Boardman on an Irngon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine on a Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants She was issued a citation to appear and was released.
