Any person, firm, com pany or corporation, or any agent of nny person, firm, company, or cor poration who shall sell or barter anv non-Intoxicating malt liquors In the city of F.ugvno, or who shall give away any such liquors with Intent to evade this ordinance, shall be deemed a misdemeanor. Sec. 3.
