Section 1. The sale of non-ln-toxlcating
mnlt liquors' In the Cltv
of Eugene Is prohibited and declared
unlawful.
Sec. 2. Any person, firm, com
pany or corporation, or any agent of
nny person, firm, company, or cor
poration who shall sell or barter anv
non-Intoxicating malt liquors In the
city of F.ugvno, or who shall give
away any such liquors with Intent
to evade this ordinance, shall be
deemed a misdemeanor.
Sec. 3. Any person violating anv
of the provisions of this ordinance
shall be sentenced to pay a fine of
not less than f'.'fi nor more than
f-00, or be imprisoned in the city
lull not less than ten days nor more
than 30 days; and in case of minlsh-

brewers who furnish the Eugene
