One of the novel features of the occasion will be a naval battle on Lake Michigan, which wiil "as closely resemble a regular engage ment as it is possible to make it." On the evening following, "in honor of the victory," there will lie a great display of fireworks, in whica some fifty vessels .steamers and other craft will participate. Milwaukee is an enterprising city, and the f ict that $50,000 has been nised, to be expended in enter taining during the encampment, is assuraace that the old soldiers will be given a good time.
