We walked with a team but o f Indianapolis,- Indi ana, but we had six people from the Warm Springs/ M ad ra s/Y a k a m a area walking, so we had our own van.' Osage member nominated to head Indian trust office (AP) — A member o f the Osage N ation from N orm an, Okla., has been nominated by President Barack O bama as the next Special Trustee for American Indians. T h e O ffic e o f S pecial Trustee for American Indians manages about $3.7 billion in Indian funds held in trust by the federal governm ent.
