The project on the South Fork of the Walla Walla River is expected to conserve 0.17 cubic foot per second (CFS) under Certifi- cate 13127 with an 1894 priority date for 0.13 CFS and 1907 for 0.04 CFS. The pro- ject is also expected to conserve 0.015 CFS under Certificate 13178 with a 1902 priority date. The applicants propose 25% (0.045 CFS) of the conserved water be protected instream in the South Fork of the Walla Walla River. CW-89 also pro- poses to change the place of use for a portion of both Certificates 13127 and 13178. The project appears to be consistent with the requirements under ORS 537.470.
