Whitesmith, former pastor of the Community Liberal church in Eugene, will -peak at the local church at the regular worship hour Sunday. Rev. Whitesmith left Eugene even years ago for Mitchellville, Iowa. He had been here for eight years and was the originator of the eclectic hour on the local radio. ' He is on his way to the west coaM. and will be in Eugene Satur day and Sunday. His Sunday topic is to be Understanding Our World and Facing the Future." Mrs Margaret Erwin. the teacher for the past year, has accepted a Dosi- tion in the Adventist school in Cottage Grove for the coming year, Mrs. Edith Bowman has accepted a contract for the Hayhurst school lor the coming term. The grade school and high school held a meeting recently to vote on the 6 per cent limitation tax and budgets. Both measures in both the grade and hieh school carried.
