Committee Well Received The committee charged with the collection of the funds to aid in the work of securing the elective success of the "tide-water fisheries bill" met with a friendly reception all over the city yesterday as far as they went, and though it was not possible to get an estimate of the funds last even ing, it is safe to say there is no dis couragement figuring anywhere among the sglicitors. Mr. W. P. Horner acted as tempo rary chairman and stated the object of the meeting. After some discus sion it was voted to make it a perma nent organization, with Dr. u a.
