The capture included a large supply of empty bottles and wiloon glasses. The officers arrested the proprietor, James Blackburn, and his barten der, Frank Patterson. Sheriff Smith and City Officer Fox while Chief of Police Reis was looking the Blackburn place, searched the Fash inn Livery Stables and found a full barrel of bottle beer and another barrel half full, with enough empty bottles on the floor to exactly fill the barrel. No arrests were made in this place as the proprietor, Al lert Peacock, was out of the city, driving on a livery trip, but a war rant was issued and he will be ar rested upon his return . No whiskey was found in either place. The ar ticles seized were taken to the Re corder's office, and Blackburn and atterson placed under Kinds.
