Ceres Behavioral Healthcare Systems, Oregon State University Parking Lot Design Request for Proposals Oregon State University is seeking proposals from consulting firms interested in providing design services for parking lots to be constructed at nine locations on the OSU Corvallis Campus. Prioritization of park ing lot design and required time of construction has not been estab lished at this time. The Owner may choose to spread construction of the parking lots over a 2-3 year period. This Request for Proposal is the first step in a two-step process to obtain a design consultant to accomplish the design of these projects. The first step will result in the development of a short-list of consultants, who will be invited to interview as the second step. The result of the interviews will be the selection of one or more firms to accomplish the design. OSU may select a single consultant to design all parking lots, or may choose to select multiple designers.
