Considering that vendors fees are a major source for pow-ow revenue, it may be that the amount of free vendors space available to tribal members would have to be limited. W hat policies do you suggest for use of tribal tipis, tents, and camping areas (i.e. holding tipis and tents in reserve for handicapped and elders for a specified amount of time, before opening up to tribal members and guests)? I I I I I I I I I I While the NESIKA ILLAHEE pow-wow has been primarily inter-tribal, many tribal members have commented that they would like to see Siletz traditions reflected in this event. W hat ideas and ac tivities would you suggest to revitalize Siletz traditions through the annual pow-wow (i.e. Silètz In dian Fair, Feather Dance, etc.). Give-away Salmon Dinner: Should the Tribe continue to provide a give-away Salmon dinner as part of the pow-wow? W hy or w hy not? Indians from all tribes have varying opinions on the merits of social dancing and competition danc ing. W hat are your views and why? Would you favor charging a fee for the Salmon dinner? W hy or why not? Listed below are a number of events either included as part of the pow-wow activities or held in conjunction with the pow-wow.
