Theodore DeLaney Lutheran Missionary to the Deaf, of San Francisco, California, was the Mission Sunday speak e r at Faith Lutheran Church last Sunday. Pastor De Laney reported how the deaf learned to hear and how Christians are teaching the deaf to hear the word of God.
