Hood will be participating In the Willamette Relays at Salem and the Eu gene All-Comers at Eugene. Both m eets start at 1 p.m. occasionally, until mixture mounts slightly when spooned. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold in gelatin mixture, then whipped cream . Add few drops green food co lo r ing, Pile into pie sh ell. (1 Thlsp) unflavored 1 tablespoon sugar gelatin 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup cold water 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan 4 beaten egg yolks 1 6-ox. can frozen limeade cheese Cut three slice s bread into concentrate 1 /2 -inch cubes (about 2 oups; 4 egg whites cut remaining slices intoslrtps 1/2 cup sugar for top. Place bread cubes In 1/2 cup heavy cream , whipped 1 l/4 -q u a rt ca ssero le. In a 1 9-in. graham cracker crust medium skillet melt butler; or 1 baked pastry sh ell, cooled saute ontiai until tenter. Add In top of double boiler, soften tomatoes, sugar, sail airi pep gelatin in cold water; add beat per; turn into ca ssero le. Ar en yolks and dash of sa lt. Cook range bread strips on lop, and stir over hot, not boiling sprinkle Parmesan cheese over water until mixture is slightly STEWED TOMATOES thick. Remove from heat.
