The Ashland Advertiser. LOCAL SQUIBS. Published Every Wednesday. Last Saturday afternoon, Chas. H. Dodd, of Portland, delivered an affective address in the Chautauqua building. His address made a deep impression on the mind of every intelligent, earnest voter, and nothing but praises are to la» heard for the speech. The audience in attendance was a large and representa tive one.
