Three million dollars of Oregon Washington Railroad & Navigation company's 4 per cent first end refund ing bonds, maturing in 1961, are of fered in Nevis York and locally at 8C 1-2, yielding about 4 3-4 on the in vestment. ' These bonds are presumed to be a lot turned in for marketing by European holders. Principal tana in terest of bonds are unconditionally guaranteed by the Union Pacific rail road. When theae bondB were issued in 1911 they sold at 93 and interest.
