That wag settled for good and all last night when the railroad company, through agents at this place, Informed the executive committee of the Baker Concert band that a special train would cost 1208. But there was further stipulation In the contract, and It was this additional agreement where the band commit tee balked and declared all negotia tions at an end. The railroad assured the boys a train would be run for $208 but if they should sell over that amount in tickets, the surplus was to , go Into the coffers of the road, and j not In the treasury of the band.
