Final arrangements for the session were completed today, the program of addresses, papers and mu sic being the most notable in the his tory of the women's club movement on the coast. Four delegates at lurge and two delrgates for each congressional district of the state will be elected to go to Denver. Presidential electors and a national committeeman will also be chosen.
