The InHtructlons which the con tractors are working on, call for a grandstand that will seat (00 people; and bleechers, one on each end of the grandstand, that will hold 300 each. This will seat as large a crowd as ever attends a ball game In the city. Careful consideration of the sun's rays are taken in laying out the dia mond. Afternoon games are the most common and the flold Is arranged In accordance.
