I he City of La Urande Does Ordain As Follows; Street Superintendent of the Citv of La Grande, be, and he, is hereby directed to notify all owners and occupants of prop erty abutting on "Sixth Street between the intersection thereof with Washington Avenue to the intersection thereof with I Street, in La Grande.
