The grade of the street up on S street, in La Grande, Oregon, from end to the points herein mentioned ie here by established as follows: Commencing at the center of the intersection of Monro avenue and North Fir street, at an eleva tion of 6.60 feet below the base estab lished for the grade of the sUeetsfaneV sidewalks of said city; thence east along and upon the center line of eaid S etreet to point at the east line of Greenwood street of said city, at an elevation of 1 3.60 feet below saij base; thence east along and upon the center line of saiJ S street to the center of its intersection with Val ley street at an elevation of 1 5.20 j feet below said base.
