In Town Mr. and Mrs. Huron Clough of Canyonville were in Rosebure Wednesday to attend the party given by Mr. and Mrs. Wil liam Jelski for members ot t n e group leaving today on a 44-day trip to Europe. Clough's sister, Miss Bess Clough, of Canyonville. is in the party making the trip. Cameron, at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr, and Mrs. Joe Spencer. Mother Passes R. Z. Barker of Melrose left Thursday morning by bus from fcugene ror Zalisia, Calif., where he was called by the sudden death of his mother, Mrs. Martha Redemer. Mrs. Brady will also visit her parents at Philomath. Attends Medical Moot Dr. A. N. Johnson was in Asnland Wed nesday to attend the Southern Oregon Medical Assn. meeting. Convalescing L. F. Relzen stein, who has been a patient at Douglas Community Huspital for the last week receiving medical treatment, is reported much bet ter and is now convalescing at bis home on Fowler Street. Back From Vacation Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Knapp are back at their home on East Lane Street, follow ing the last several weeks vaca tioning in California. While in the Bay area, they enjoyed 4 visit with Mrs. Knapp's son-in-law and daugh ter, as well as with other rela tives and friends. Stop Here Mr. and Mrs. John E.
