In buhnlf of the members present. Brother O. P. Coshow pre sented Rev. Hicks with a handsome rocking chair, a purse of money, sev eral pieces of chinaware and a num ber of other articles. A social hour followed, during which the assemb lage repaired to the basement of the church and sat down at a group of tables laden with Innumerable good things to eat. The party broke up about 10:110 and upon departing the members. wished Rev. Hicks hap py birthdays for years to come.
