NOTICE is hereby given that the Common Council of the city of Astoria, Clatsop county, Oregon, propose to order the improvement of Concomly street in the town, now city, of Astoria as laid out and recorded by John Mc Clure in Clatsop county, Oregon, by raising that portion between the west side of Main street and the west side of Washington street to tho established grade ofsaid street by filling, and by planking said portion of said street to a width of 32 feet through the center thereof, and by building side walks on both sides of said portion of said street: and by raising that portion of said street between the west side of Wash ington street and the west side of Polk street to its established grade by bent work, nnd "by planking said portion of said street to a width of 20 feet through the center thereof, and by building n sidewalk on the north side of said portion of said street, and by building a side walk on tho north side of said street between Polk and Jackson streets on the established grade; and by im proving said street from the west side of Spruce street to its western terminus to its established grade, by planking the same to a width of 20 feet through the center thereof, and by building a side walk on the north side of said por tion of said street.
