GOL Game To Vale The Nyssa Bulldogs lost their first Greater Oregon League game to the Vale Vikings Friday night on the Vale court, 57-46. Close for most of three quarters, the Bulldogs took a 29-28 lead late in the third quarter. Vale went into a full court press and scored 10 points in the final two minutes of that quarter, and that was the ball game. Nyssa had three players in double figures, with Dirk Sappe high for both teams. Alberto Escobedo followed with 14 and Ernie Delgado had 11. Vale’s scoring was more balanced with Maupin and Mooney leading with 12 each. This week's games find the Bulldogs entertaining the Grant Union Prospectors at the TVCC gym Friday night, and they will journey to Burns for a Saturday night game. THE WORK contemplated consists of two six-inch diameter exploratory water wells, approximately 250 to 300 feet deep. PLANS and Specifications may be examined in the office of the Engineer. CH2M HILL.
