George gets a headache if he breaths too much paint fumes. Last night we slept in the living room, and in the morning we lay and watched the sunlight spread through the trees in the east. There was a small family wedding at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Shodeen Friday night, when their son. Jim »changed vows with Miss Sandi Jones of Parma Coming from Lyons, Ne braska for the wedding were Mrs. Minnie Osberg, grand mother of the groom and Mr. and Mrs. George Osberg. his aunt and uncle. The young couple will make their home in Nyssa where he is employed at Nyssa Auto Parts and she works at the nursing home. Visiting Mr and Mrs. Jim Cable over the weekend waa Recent visitors in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Wilson were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Pline and Mr and Mrs. Marvin Vanderpool of Nampa Elder and Mrs. Hubert Gullett of Olympia. Wash ington visited Mr and Mrs. Harley Sager over the week end. While in the area. Elder Gulett ministered in the Nyssa Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. and Mrs John Van Zelf and child. Mr. and Mrs. Harley Sager of Nu cres. and Mr and Mrs. Dale McDonald of Parma, and Elder and Mrs. Hubea Gullett attended a church meeting in Mendian Sunday afternoon. Apple Villey Items Mrs. Helen Wilson was among the group who atten ded the United Methodist Church retreat at Suttle Lake over the weekend. Mrs Laura Bale had a surprise visit from her son and his wife, Mr and Mrs. Les Bale and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Edgerton all from Spokane. Washing ton on Sunday. They were evening lunch guests of Mr and Mrs Phil Bale, later Mr and Mrs. Bob Bale and Ron Bale of Caldwell were eve ning visitors in the Phil Bale home. Mr and Mrs. Orley Smith of Seattle visited recently with Mrs Helen Wilson. They were on their way to Kansas to visit relatives.
