They have been visiting re latives throughout Arizona, Ca lifornia, Oregon and Idaho t<afore returning to Nebraska. Mr. and Mrs. Irl Nolen of Nyssa visited the George Doh- ttCrs last Tuesday night. Mrs. Pheral Dodson visited the George Dohners Monday af ternoon and had coffee. Mr. and Mrs. Pheral Dodson halve a first grandchild, Shandra Ggy born to their son and his *tf., the Perry Dodson's. Harry is presently serving with the U.S. Army in boot camp afFort Ord, California. Mrs. Ralph Baxter's grand son John Walker from Seattle ame to visit last weekend. Max Walker, son of Mrs. italph Baxter flew from Denver list week to visit for a few dtys. ;Mr. and Mrs. Roy Dargatx, daughter of Ralph Baxter from Vontura, California arrived to visit. sipher's daughter, the Clair Beus family,* another daughter, the George Grossman family came from Ellensburg and vi sited. Tuesday morning Mrs. Pul sipher received a telephone call from a stepdaughter, Mrs. Vel ma Zeleny who lives in Yuba Citv. Califronia. Mrs. Mike Stepp and four Children visited with Mrs. Pul sipher one afternoon last week. Mrs. Alice Pulspher visited with Mrs. S.M. Peterson on the Oregon Slope one day last week. Saturday afternoon Mrs. Alice Pulsipher visited the Dean Bakes of Parma. Mr. and Mrs. Austin Pressley of Riley, Oregon visited her sister, Mr. and Mrs. George Wilson one day last week. Mrs. Pauline Hart of Vale visited with the George Wil son's Saturday afternoon. John Mitchell of Green Ri ver, Wyoming visited the George Wilson's and had dinner with them Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Payne had dinner Sunday in Ontario with the Bill Ruddells who are moving to LaGrande. Mr. and Mrs. Leon Payne of Nampa visited his parents, the John Payne's Saturday and Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Shaw, Jr. visited the Ray Benzon’s in Payette Saturday evening. The Nu Acres Farmerettes met at theCommunity Hall Wed nesday afternoon. Mrs. Robert Shaw and Mrs. Alfred Maine were hostesses. There were nine members and two guests present. After the business meeting Mrs. Daylene Peterson gave a demonstration on com munication. Refreshments were served by the hostesses. Mrs. Lloyd Carpenter and Mrs. Forrest Carpenter went to Nampa Tuesday to visit Lloyd who is a patient at the Mercy Hospital. Mrs. Robert Shaw visited Mrs. Calvin Conner Wednesday evening. Mrs. Conner hasn’t been feeling very well so didn't get out to club. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Payne met the Syl Woodlands in Parma Thursday afternoon and watched the 7th and 8th grade boys wrestle the Nyssa teams. For rest Woodland won his match. The Ben Paynes went home with the Woodlands and had supper. Mr. and Mrs. Robert 9iaw, Sr. visited the Dennis Winters at Melba Sunday and saw their little baby girl, Denise Raelene. The polyester Jacket lessons were canceled last Tuesday be cause Mrs. Daylene Peterson was on the sick list. They will finish their jackets this week. The jackets are looking real good.
