OREGON PAGE FOUR Active Jaycee, Former Nyssa Bank Employee Dies After Briet Illness Final services for Dennis Mar tin Bingaman were conducted Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 13, 1966. at the funeral chapel tn New Plymouth. Mr Bingaman suc cumbed Saturday m Boise fol lowing a brief illness He was born Aug. 16. 1942. at Payette, a son of Mr. and Mrs Eldredge Bingaman He attended Fruitland schools, was graduated from high school there in 1960 and studied for one year at Idaho State university On Sept 6. 1961. he was mar ried to Vannalene Cooper of Fruitland. The deceased began working at the Nyssa branch of the First Na tional Bank of Oregon in Septem ber 1961, and while employed here was very active m work of the Junior Chamber of Com merce. He was a member of the Church of the Brethren in Fruit land. In 1964 the couple moved to Boise where Mr Bingaman was assistant cashier and operations officer for the Collister branch of the Bank of Idaho. In addition to his widow of the home and his parents of New Ply mouth, survivors include a son, Gregory; two sisters, Mrs Bar bara Davis and Mrs Joanne Shaf fer, both of Boise; grandmothers. Funeral rites for Mrs. Io K. Nesbitt were held Wednesday morning. Dec 14. 1966, at Payette First Methodist church with the Rev. Conrad Holmes officiating. Interment services were conduct ed at Riverside cemetery there by members of Harmony Rebekah lodge No. 22. Mrs. Nesbitt, mother of Mrs. Alva (Nancy) Goodell Jr. of Nys sa, succumbed Saturday in an Ontario nursing home. She was born Feb. 28. 1893, in Provo. Utah, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira W. Kenward. She moved with her family in 1902 to Payette and was valedictorian of the 1911 graduating class there. For two years she attended Lewiston Normal school, then taught at Sand Hollow and Pay ette Westside schools. She was married June 6, 1915, to Elmer H. Nesbitt of New Ply mouth. They moved to Ola in 1916 and resided there for many years. They also lived at Emmett before going in 1949 to Payette. The deceased was a member of Payette Methodist church. Rebe kah lodge, American Legion aux iliary, Portia club and N.G. dub She was past noble grand of the Rebekahs and had served in all offices of the lodge. At time of her death she was chairman of her church circle. In addition to Mrs. Goodell, she is survived by four sons. E K. of Kennewick. Wash., John F. of York, Pa., Homer R. of Ola and Dale D. Nesbitt of Berkeley. Calif.; two other daughters, Mrs. Fred (Myrtle) Siebe of Challis and Mrs. Gene (Iva Jane) Finger- son of Buhl. Other survivors include a bro ther, John T. Kenward of Yuba City. Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Ruth K. Cate of Pocatello, Mrs. Myrna K. Ferris of Aberdeen, Idaho, and Mrs. Harry C. Logan of Payette; 25 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Nesbitt was preceded in death by her husband on Dec. 8. 1958; a son, David George Nes bitt on Oct. 11, 1966. and a grand son. Brent, in August this year.
