It was empha sized that the low-cost cuts of beef are just as nutritious as the more popular beef cuts. Guests speakers on the pro gram were Vivian Freeman, Larry Williams, Grace Phippis and Mrs Vi Gouldin. Following the demonstration. Mrs. Freeman, home economist for White Satin Sugar Company, gave a demonstration on how to prepare tantalizing desserts to complete the various beef dishes.
