Purpose of this field trip was
to give the girls some new and
different ideas on preparing var
ious meat dishes. It was empha
sized that the low-cost cuts of
beef are just as nutritious as the
more popular beef cuts.

gram were Vivian Freeman, Larry
Williams, Grace Phippis and Mrs
Vi Gouldin.
Following the demonstration.

gave a demonstration on how to
prepare tantalizing desserts to
complete the various beef dishes.
