Contracts will be awarded or posposals rejected within thirty (30) days after opening. The proposal shaU be in the form of a lump sum amount. Contract Documents may be examined at the offices of Ro bert E. Meyer Engineers, Inc., 14250 S. W. Allen Blvd., Beaver ton, Oregon A deposit of Twentv-Five *$25 > dollars will be required and will be returned to those who submit bids or re turn the documents within ten (10) days after the bid opening. All bidders must submit pre- qualification statements ten (10) days prior to the bid opening All proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished with the documents and each must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the pro posal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond equal to the amount of the proposal for the faithful performance and payment of the contract. The project is to be com pleted within 120 calendar davs. If the project is not completed and accented by this time, the liquidated damages clause will be invoked.
