We want to say this to Mayor Johnson : All that the Headlight has contended tor is the enforcement of the law, and if Mayor Johnson had taken the same position and stayed with it and adhered to it as well himwelf. the city would have had a much teller administration during his brief tenure of office ami a genuine re form, long overdu?, would have teen in augurated. We have no disposition to be revere in our criticism, but it appears to us that His Honor is the wrong per son to talk about reform.
