Dec. 7 – Joaquin Mandes, 31, Vernonia, arrested for Disorderly Conduct II after an early morning disturbance; taken to CCSO jail. Dec. 9 – Took runaway report arrested in another jurisdiction on these charges. on a 17 year-old female. Col. Co. Sheriff’s Office Nov. 28 – Robert Lokken, Ver- nonia, arrested for DUII/controlled substance and unlawful posses- sion of heroin; taken to CCSO jail.
