residence on report of a suicidal
man with a 5 year-old child with
him; Columbia County C.I.R.T re-
sponded and, after several hours,
resident gave up peacefully and
was transported to a hospital for
evaluation.
Dec. 7 – Joaquin Mandes, 31,
Vernonia, arrested for Disorderly
Conduct II after an early morning
disturbance; taken to CCSO jail.
Dec. 9 – Took runaway report
arrested in another jurisdiction on
these charges.
