By Jacqueline Ramsay A h , S p rin g , w h e re art thou? Summer is due in t w o w eeks, anyhow a c c o rd ing to the calender, it is. Will it make it? I’m not sure but I’ve seen seven geese nesting at the lake and two very healthy garter snakes basking in the grass along the path. Plus, the bull frog still calling for a mate. Now that the city owns Clara Cleveland County Road do they get the job of painting the intersection lines at the red light? Just wondering. For you folks having to trav el to and from Mist every day. Have you dislocated your spines, yet? That “BUMP" is a car buster even at 5 mph. I see last Wednesday they made a poor attempt to fix it - failed and the warning cones are only about 6’ from it. Shame, shame. A reminder: Look for the “Fireworks” donation cans - the 4th of July is only 25 days away and where will all the people sit to watch the fireworks? The lawn is gone.
